Ministry Action List ensures that all attendees needs will be addressed. Requests reported through the communication Card in the Personal Profile or through the Website are routed electronically to the appropriate leaders screen. If a need arises from other channels they can be quickly logged entered. A closed loop system that tracks the days from notification until completion. Needs are marked Past Due if they are not completed within six days. This eliminates the possibility of attendee's needs falling through the cracks! Your response rate shows your CARE rate.
