  FACILITIES: Joshua provides a way to track the status of all repairs and its corresponding cost. Repair and Room setup status keeps everyone informed thereby eliminating the need to call maintenance for updates. Integration into the room Scheduler shows ticket information for all room set-up requests at a glance.     EQUIPMENT INVENTORY:  Keeping track of all serial numbers and  model numbers of your paraphernalia is simple and easy. This is very useful for insurance purposes and creates the data source for the Equipment Check-Out module.  
           
           
           
  EQUIPMENT CHECK-OUT:  This feature is integrated into the room Scheduler and allows internal users or outside renters to Check out equipment. Equipment Check-Out is also a stand alone system that ensures all resources checked out are properly returned and in good condition.
